Hi, I have to tell you I was very scared to tackle these student loans.  Ross was the gift of calm.  I could call him with any questions or concerns I had.  And I had plenty.  He walked me through each step explaining along the way.  And even after my loans were consolidated, something popped up I wasn't expecting and I just gave my processing team a call and all my concerns and worries were answered.  I am comfortable to make my payments and still put groceries... I can go on forever but this was the best phone call I have ever made.  Thank you!

I decided to use ASRC after I read a review on the quality of service.  I was even more pleased than I had hoped.  Mine was/is a case that had several 'new' items to clarify etc.  MY major account reps were so helpful and explained the parameters and hoops we needed to overcome to achieve a great outcome for me.  They succeeded and I am very pleased that this organization first exists to help the newbies such as myself and to have them maintain the account to ensure it stays in its present format - I do not pay any monthly payments right now!  As the student loan laws are new and, it's the government, confusing I would have imploded were it not for this magnificent team.  I thank you one and all and can happily recommend you to any others.

Once again I want to thank you for working so diligently and effectively on my husband's school loan.  No words can express how much it means to us to have this assistance.  It is very hard to meet our living expenses since I only have Social Security and my husband gets paid minimum wage on two jobs.  He is now 65 and soon we will both be trying to exist on Social Security alone as his health has deteriorated extensively.  So your work literally allows us to have an acceptable standard of living.

My experience with your company was a great, positive one.  The process was made easy.  This resulted in getting my monthly payment down to $275 a month, when ED Financial was trying to make me pay $800.00 a month.  I had tried several times to go directly through ED financial to lower my payments and they could never seem to help me.  They would never budge past $500 to $600 dollars a month and that was not affordable for me.  What I found funny was, after I talked with you guys and had everything done and ready to go, ED Financial tried to tell me they could have done the same thing but as I told their representative, I asked many times and they did not.  I worked with Steve who got the ball rolling for me and then I moved over to my processing ream who processed everything.  They were fantastic and helped me all the way.  They were always confident they could help and they did.  Please tell everyone "thank you" for me.  They have made paying back my loans, and my life, so much easier!

Talking to Advanced about my student loan situation was the best financial decision I've ever made.  The repayment process of your student loans is a very intimidating thing, but they explained everything in terms that were easy to understand and make sure that I was taken care of.  They have a wonderful staff that knows how scary the situation can be and genuinely tries to ease any anxiety you may have.  I was set up with an awesome repayment plan that was easily affordable; now all of my student loans are out of deferment and being paid on time every month.  I really encourage all college graduates to give ASRC a call.
